  • Implementing adequate transfer pricing policy for the group
  • Controlling that arm’s length principle is maintained in all intercompany transactions
  • Ensure that transfer pricing documentation is in place and regularly updated and reflects business reality
  • Review of transfer pricing returns
  • Support external tax audits on transfer pricing, MAP, rulings
  • Providing tax advice regarding transfer pricing
  • Networking with peers and advisors to benchmark for best in-class policies & procedures


  • Master in economics, law and/or taxation.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant professional tax experience with a BIG 4 firm or a multinational company with worldwide presence in transfer pricing
  • Adequate knowledge transfer pricing
  • Fluent oral and written Dutch, English and French skills
  • Good communication and networking skills to engage your internal and external stakeholders, teamplayer
  • Financial analytical skills
  • Proactive with good organization and planning skills, pragmatic, problem-solving,
